How about a no electricity boat?

Living off grid is one thing. But isn't that often just substituting one electrical power source to another? What about living aboard with out electricity? There's all kinds of options on land. But what about on boats? Hand start engines, gravity feed central heating, good lighting, handpumps......? Are there any electrickery free boats out there? What products, new inventions or old and trusted knowledge is there available for liveaboards today?

What do we really need? And what do we think we nead, just because it's there? Are questions that I often think to my self.
